Precision CNC Machining Manufacturer in China

Titanium CNC Machining Services

High-precision titanium CNC machining for aerospace, medical, energy, and industrial applications. Tight tolerances, complex geometries, and consistent surface finishes.

Titanium CNC Machining

Titanium is widely used in industries that demand exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility. Our advanced 5-axis CNC machining centers and proven processes deliver complex titanium parts to exact specifications.

We machine commercially pure titanium and Ti alloys including Grade 2, Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5), Grade 7, Grade 9, Grade 12, and Grade 23 (ELI), with consistent quality and repeatability.

  • 5-axis machining for complex, thin-wall geometries
  • High-rigidity fixturing and vibration control
  • Optimized tooling and proven cutting strategies
  • Tight tolerances and excellent surface finish
  • Full material traceability and certification
  • Rapid prototyping to low-volume production

FAQs

What titanium grades can you machine?

We machine commercially pure titanium and common titanium alloys, including Grade 2, Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Grade 7, Grade 9, Grade 12, and Grade 23 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI). Material selection depends on the part’s strength, corrosion resistance, weight, and application requirements.

Typical CNC machining tolerances are ±0.01 mm. Tighter tolerances may be achievable for critical features depending on the part geometry, size, material grade, and inspection requirements. Please provide a drawing for review.

Available finishes include as-machined, polishing, bead blasting, brushing, and titanium anodizing. Passivation and other project-specific treatments can also be arranged when required.

Yes. We use rigid fixturing, controlled cutting parameters, and 5-axis CNC machining to produce thin-wall components, deep pockets, complex contours, and parts with difficult-to-reach features.

Yes. Material certificates and batch traceability can be provided upon request. Additional inspection reports and documentation can also be supplied according to the project requirements.

Most titanium prototypes and low-volume orders take approximately 7–15 working days. The actual lead time depends on part complexity, order quantity, material availability, surface treatment, and inspection requirements.
