What stainless steel grades can you machine?

We commonly machine stainless steel 303, 304, 316, 316L, 420 and 17-4 PH. Other grades can also be sourced and machined according to your drawings and application requirements.

Standard machining tolerances are typically ±0.01 mm. Tighter tolerances may be achievable for critical features depending on the part geometry, material grade and inspection requirements.

Stainless steel is harder, generates more heat and tends to work-harden during cutting. Proper tooling, cutting parameters and coolant control are required to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

Yes. We provide CNC milling, turning and 5-axis machining for parts with complex contours, deep pockets, angled features, threads and tight-tolerance interfaces.

Available finishes include as-machined, bead blasting, brushing, polishing, passivation, electropolishing and black oxide, depending on the stainless steel grade and intended use.

Yes. Material certificates, dimensional inspection reports and full traceability can be provided when specified in your RFQ or purchase order.

Yes. We support one-off prototypes, engineering samples and low-volume production. Repeat orders can be produced using controlled machining and inspection procedures to maintain consistency.
